1. Who these terms are with

This website, yome.id, is operated by PT Jarquin Harbid Group (“YOME”, “we”, “us”), Berawa, Canggu, Badung Regency, Bali, Indonesia.

By using this site or joining the First Serve Club, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this site

You may browse this site and join the First Serve Club for your own personal use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or harvest data from it, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time without notice.

3. The First Serve Club

The First Serve Club is a free waitlist. Joining it means we will email you about our opening and about member perks. It is not a purchase, a booking, a reservation, or a membership you pay for.

• Perks and offers we mention are described in good faith but are not a binding offer. They may change, and some may be limited in number or time.
• Perks have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• We may end the First Serve Club, or remove any member from it, at any time — including where a signup is fraudulent, automated, or abusive.
• You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

4. Opening dates and information on this site

We say we are opening in Berawa in late 2026. That is our intention, not a promise. Opening dates, the menu, pricing, the fit-out and the location details can all change, and construction and permitting timelines in Bali are outside our control.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current or error-free. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer.

5. Our brand and content

The YOME name, logo, wordmark, photography, copy, and the design of this site belong to PT Jarquin Harbid Group or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially, or use our brand in a way that suggests an association or endorsement we have not agreed to, without our written permission.

If you tag us or use our hashtags on social media, you are giving us permission to reshare that post on our own channels with credit to you. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will take it down.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to places like Instagram and TikTok. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them.

7. Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, from information on it, or from any delay or change to our opening.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indonesia’s consumer protection law (Law No. 8 of 1999) or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Your privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

When YOME opens, separate trading terms will apply to purchases, orders and any loyalty programme, and those will be published here.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bali, Indonesia.
